1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Spectoria ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Credits & Billing
Credits are a prepaid right to request GPU time, not a stored-value currency.
Monthly credits expire on the last day of each billing cycle.
Top-up credits never expire and are non-transferable.
We use Stripe to process payments; all prices are shown in USD.
4. License to You
Subject to compliance, Spectoria grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal or commercial use.
5. User Content
You retain all ownership rights in prompts, uploads, and AI outputs ("User Content").
You grant Spectoria a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce User Content solely to operate the Service.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Spectoria to create or share:
- (a) illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
- (b) personal data of minors;
- (c) material violating third-party IP;
- (d) instructions to build weapons or engage in wrongdoing.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of credits.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including UI, software, and brand assets, is owned by Spectoria or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations of Liability
This website (including all information, content, and materials) is provided by Spectoria on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Spectoria makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Spectoria against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
11. Changes to Terms
The most current version of these Terms of Service will always be available on this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of the Terms at any time by posting revisions to our website.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
