Refund Policy

At Spectoria, we want every creator to be fully satisfied. This policy explains when subscription charges can be refunded or adjusted.

1. Subscription Refunds

A full refund is available when all of the conditions below are met:

  • Your request is submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase.
  • You have not used any credits from that subscription period.
  • Stripe or card-network processing fees (usually 2.9%) will be deducted from the refund.

Note: The 3-day window is counted from the timestamp on your Stripe receipt.

2. Credit Purchases

Top-up credit packs are non-refundable. Please confirm your production needs before buying additional credits, as we cannot reverse or credit back unused Credits.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credit packs (used or unused)
  • Subscription time already elapsed
  • Payment processing fees
  • Requests made after 3 days of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

Open User Center › Account and copy the email displayed there.

Email support@spectoria.cc with:

  • Your account email
  • Order number or Stripe transaction ID
  • Reason for the request

Our team will reply within 48 hours. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; bank posting times may vary.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this policy for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
